Chef Jean-Jacques Bernat Makes His Signature Pecan Pie

Chef Jean-Jacques Bernat loves his pecan pie recipe so much, he decided to share it in a special clip on The New American Kitchen last summer.

The signature pie has both pecans and Valhrona chocolate chips baked into a crispy layer of pastry dough.

Each pie takes approximately twenty minutes to complete in an oven set at 320 degrees.
